Carol Foster-Williams- 30 plus years in finance to include operations processing, financial data analysis and financial statements preparation. Worked in the banking industry for banks such as Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. In addition, worked in a financial capacity in companies such as Westover Financial and Cienna Inc. as well as Investment clubs such as YENOM and ETIET. Currently employed as an Accountant/Auditor for Montgomery County Government.
